Abstract

Introduction and the importance of research While we do not need to talk about management science and its branches and its theories and its foundations in general, one of the branches of management science is (management and management in sports education) acquires a special importance from thisfield as itcontributes actively tothe management ofaspects of field work in sports education from During the use of the foundations and the concept of management represented by the basic elements of management science, which contributes to the formation of the administrative system being the main and important component in the management of the aspects of administrative work in the work of colleges and sports departments, which contributes to the rehabilitation of individuals appropriately to the aspects of field work to achieve the required goals. It is well known that the work of the faculties of physical education and its departments requires knowledge of the aspects of administrative work to establisha basic rule in order to translate the instructions received and contribute to the completionof theduties underthe taskof this meeting, and here highlights the role of management and organization as a key factor in the statement of dailywork activities and the translation of plans and programs prepared, as it is known that the elements of administrative work represented planning, organization, decision-making and other elements. It is one of the main pillarson which the plans and programs of work are built in thefield in the sports aspect anditisnecessary to be a process ofcompatibility between the aspectsof the fieldand theory from here comes the importance of research through the process of applying the decision using the foundations that contribute to the development of aspects of administrative and technical work and work on the implementation of plans and programs in a way that ensures compatibility with the programs and plans prepared by the senior management.
