Abstract Teratomas are uncommon malformation containing cells from ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal layers, occasionally found in the soft palate. For inborn teratomas, oropharyngeal cavity is rare site (2% all things considered). They are infrequently diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.
