Background: Bipolar vessel sealing systems (BVSS) are accepted to be safe and efficacious with possible advantages over conventional methods, namely fewer requirement of postoperative analgesics, less blood loss, shorter operative time and minimum hospital stay. Objectives: To compare the efficacy and safety between use of BiClamp (Bipolar Coagulation Forceps) in Vaginal Hysterectomy and Conventional Vaginal Hysterectomy.
