Abstract

Aim: To evaluate the role of Electrocardiographic, USG and Echocardiography in hypothyroidism Material and methods: All patients were subjected to a detailed clinical history, clinical examination, and blood investigation including blood group, complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test, thyroid function test, ECG, 2D echo, and USG neck after obtaining informed written consent and clearance from the institutional scientific and ethical committee. The current gold standard for care calls for a TSH assay of the third generation. Automated platforms using state-ofthe-art immunometric assays were used to conduct the TSH testing
