Abstract

Abstract:Physical education is considered one of the fields of education, as it derives its philosophy from general education that deals with preparing the individual in all the different aspects of his life, and is an important part of the preparation programs that aim to build a better society, and a means of judging the level of progress and preparation of countries. Education is a right Fundamental for all members of society, whether they are disabled or non-disabled, and that this occurs in different ways, rates, and levels. (Adam and others, adms, r, et, al, 2007 AD: 1) believes that sports recreation is an important part of physical education, which does not exclude any of the classes of society, whether young or old, the disabled or the normal. Therefore, various sports recreation programs must encourage The disabled and their right to engage in appropriate recreational activities, given their multiple benefits for all aspects of their lives.
