Abstract

Succession Planning is the key element of sharing information. Here we are talking about sharing knowledge both implicitly and explicitly. Here we are using theory of planned behavior and structural equation modeling to analyse. Non family firms and family firms are compared in contrast in the context of knowledge sharing.
