Abstract

The most common target organs where fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is performed are salivary glands because of their superficial location and easy accessibility introduced into a mass, cellular material is aspirated, and a cytological diagnosis is rendered as It separates reactive and inflammatory processes thatdo not require surgical intervention from neoplasia and benign from malignant tumors.
