Healthcare professionals are bearing the direct impact of COVID-19 pandemic. A profession which is already regarded as one of the most stressful professions, has become extremely stressful on account of COVID-19 situation. The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between co-worker and leadership support and role of availability of resources in predicting the physician job satisfaction. Since the objectives of the study have been predefined, the study follows descriptive approach to research. SEM is used for data analysis. The results from the study indicate that all the independent constructs (co-worker support, leadership support and role of resources) have a significant impact upon the dependent construct (job satisfaction).
