Prevent dependence on active aging during COVID-19

Abstract

Abstract- Active aging increases the expectation of healthy existence and quality of life for all people who age, including those who are fragile, physically incapacitated and require care (Salmerón et al., 2014). It is a stage full of positive experiences, with opportunities for participation and health, all aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly (FloresTena, 2020).Research focuses on the goal to understand the causes and factors that influence the active aging process to prevent dependence on older people. The sample of the study wasmade up of 120 people. The conclusions of the study are part of society at this stage preventing dependence through programs that offer to promote active aging.
