Abstract

Anemia is a ‘silent killer’ disease affecting not only developing countries but also the developed countries, with major consequences on their health and socioeconomic development. The present study was undertaken with an aim to find the prevalence of anemia amongst the patients attending tertiary care hospital. Material and Methods: Present study was single-center, observational study, conducted in children aged between 6 Month to 12 years, who are admitted in pediatric ward, diagnosed as anemia as per WHO classification
