Background: Congenital Dislocation of the Knee (CDK) is a rare birth abnormality. It may be associated with conditions like Arthrogryposis, spinal dysraphism, Larsen’s, Beal’s or Ehler Danlos’ syndromes & with other deformities like developmental dysplasia of the hip or clubfoot. There are several differences of opinion regarding the management of this condition. Serial casting is a primary line of management for this condition which if started early can give good results & might avoid surgical intervention
