Abstract Gingival enlargement is a common disease of gingiva and also a common clinical problem associated with specific conditions. The etiological factors and treatment may vary for various types of gingival enlargement. This review article gives the systemic cause of gingival enlargement along with their clinical features, histology, and treatment.
