Head neck reconstruction surgery has considerably evolved over the past decade along with trend in using the free flap. Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective study was conducted in 2020-21 from central India, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. We have collected the data from electronic records of 56 consecutive patients.
