Abstract The investigation attempts to incorporate GGBS and Metakaolin as Fractional Substitution of cement and Waste Medicine Wrappers as fractional substitution of fine aggregates. In this study, the flexural, compressive, split tensile, Rebound hammer and ultrasonic pulse velocity test for pavement quality concrete mixtures for different percentage of GGBS and Metakaolin as replacement of cement and Waste Medicine Wrappers as replacement of fine aggregates are reported.
