When developing a receiver front end, the low-noise amplifier design (LNA) process is essential. Designing the LNA becomes more difficult for broadband technologies, and notably for ultra-wideband (UWB) systems. The LNA design for the European UWB suggestion, or LNA encompassing the 6–9 GHz spectrum, is the primary topic of this master's thesis. Furthermore, improved comprehensions of the design procedure in regard to the LNA's implementation on a printed circuit board (PCB) were anticipated. The LNA was created, put together, and measured using a network analyzer. An UWB LNA's comprehensive functional design is presented in this study.
