The work presents the results of the clinical and neurophysiological examination of 207 patients with Chiari malformation of type 1. The subjective and objective neurological symptoms of Chiari malformation type 1 were analyzed in detail, depending on the degree of ectopy of cerebellum tonsils according to MRI data. Neurophysiological criteria for clinical syndromes of Chiari malformation 1 have been identified in the study of evoked potentials (BAEP, SSEP, ENMG). The Clinical Neurophysiological Scale (CNPHS) has been proposed for objective assessment of the degree of neurological deficit and choice of conservative or surgical tactics.
