Abstract The complexity of diagnosis in the case of a combination of myocardial infarction and stroke is associated with the prevalence of cerebral symptoms more often; success in this case depends on the rational use of modern diagnostic methods with stratification of risk factors, which allows choosing the optimal tactics for the treatment and prevention of cerebral and cardiac complications.
