Background : Diabetic foot problems are a major cause of morbidity and premature mortality in people with diabetes. Objectives: The aim of the study was to explore the perceived barriers in foot care and to assess the foot care practice among diabetic patients undergoing treatment at a selected hospital in Karad with a view to conduct a demonstration program on foot care.
