Abstract

Background: More than 300000 persons die of sudden cardiac arrest each year. A patient in cardiac arrest has very little chance of survival unless you, the bystander, Hence, the Present study was undertaken to evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching programme regarding to educate about advanced cardiac life support skills. This study examines knowledge regarding advanced cardiac life support among staff nurses and whether level of knowledge varies by content area
