Background: This study was done with an aim to evaluate the usefulness of non-surgical management, compliance to clean intermittent catheterization, and follow up in children suffering with neurogenic bladder. Materials and Methods: It was an observational study conducted at Department of paediatric surgery, Niloufer hospital for woman and child health, Hyderabad. Duration of the study 4 months extending from October 2016 to September 2018. Children between 3-12 years presenting to the department of pediatric surgery with complaints of dribbling of urine and other lower urinary tract symptoms with congenital neural tube defects like sacral agenesis or meningocele/ meningomyelocele/ lipomeningocele or tethered cord syndrome.
