BACKGROUND: Acetabular fractures incidence accounts for 3 patients / 100,000 / year during the last 2 decades. Among acetabular fractures posterior wall accounts for most common acetabular fracture type (25%). The aims and objectives of the study was to evaluate the functional and radiological outcome of posterior acetabular fractures treated with different surgical techniques and the possible post operative complications.
