Supraclavicular brachial plexus block is one of the most performed peripheral nerve block. Thesupraclavicular block by conventional approach is known with technical setbacks due toproximity of lungs, nerves and blood vessels. Lateral approach, a novel method and it drawsaway from the above said structures. Hence, it is sought to be compared to the conventionaltechnique.
