Liver abscesses can be tricky to diagnose, with varying etiologies. As seen in this case of a 40-yearold male, who presented with pain abdomen and vomiting. A contrast scan revealed a giant hepatic abscess, with an impending perforation. A percutaneous drain was immediately inserted. Over the course of four months, the abscess was drained completely
