Automatic bus tracking is an important approach to modern intelligent transportation systems (ITS). The aim of the project is to recognize the bus which passes through the gate by automatically using RFID. Generally the bus is tracked in the gate during the entry and exit. The system detected the bus entry using RFID then sends the bus entry to the cloud [Internet of Things] via Wi-Fi to the database. It tracks each and every bus enters and exits in the gate and display reports with date and time of bus entries and exit in online (webpage).

This system allows people to vote electronically in public elections with security system using Block chain technology.Progressively the application of scientific knowledge for the practical purpose within the idea helps many folks live. This methodology set out an Associate in legal organization for native election on blockchain knowledge dealing with applied sciences and Aadhar affirmation. The fact of being free from threat and dispositive may be a danger from extensive election with this prevailing methodology. A number of issues that may persist within the prevailing methodology are with a corporation, that has management over the information. It can be done to meddle with the information for a good time. The projected methodology is principally designed for our native supported Aadhar affirmation. To make sure a lot of security, fingerprint of elector is employed. A Single system will act as registering module and voting module. The system will act as registering module on activating switch by the super admin. For registering module, the QR code of Aadhar is scanned (which is brought by the use) followed by the fingerprint verification. The system permits the elector to vote through his fingerprint when they cast their vote, block chain technology comes into existence that is integrated within the machine. Each vote is added into each block encrypted by 256-bit SHA hash codes, the hashed block cannot be tampered by any individual as more security is added to the system. By adopting Blockchain within the distribution of information will scale back one in every of the cheating sources of database manipulation.

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of those diseases which shows greater impact on public health. It causes serious infections inside the human body, if it is present in the active state. Its treatment is available in the form of vaccines, drugs etc. It is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This bacterium has the tendency to become drug-resistant by its characteristic mechanism. For better treatment on this disease, we need to collect and analyse data properly during the drug designing. Currently, many databases like Mycobacterial Database, TB Database, TubercuList, TBrowse etc are available which helps the researcher in collecting the required data. These databases play a major role in a successful research. CADD (computer aided drug design) has been utilized in creating, modifying, analysing or optimizing a design. This software is used to raise the production of designer, improve quality design, enhance communications through documenting and for the crfeation of a database to manufacture.by using CADD researchers can know about the drug molecule which have potential with the help of databases.

The routine in taking medicine or any health supplement pills has become a common situation within the society. Due to the hectic daily activities, people are easily forgot the right time and what medicine to take. This paper presents an original and secured medicine product prototype based on IoT, and the proposed system is designed to help such user to take the essential medicine in the right ratio at the right moment with the support of smart devices as medicine dispenser and its applications. Meanwhile, this proposed IoT application allows users to keep track of the relevant statistics that will be connected to the Internet and protects the privacy of the user data in transit with its system. It is inbuilt with a NodeMCU for alerting the user to take medicine by buzzer and notification and connected to the Blynk software for setting the reminder and storing the data logger.
