Abstract
North-Eastern Federal University, NEFU, GAU RS (Y) «Republican Hospital № 1 – National Center of Medicine», Yakutsk, Russian Federation The article presents the first successful experience of electrophysiological treatment of CHF by the method of implantation of a biventricular pacemaker (ECS) of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A clinical case, surgical technique of CRT implantation are described. A brief overview of this treatment method to date.
