Abstract
Currently, a synergistic approach is gaining more and more popularity in the study of socio-economic systems, according to which an enterprise is an open self-organizing (self-developing) system, and also at the present stage of social development, the role of intellectual capital in the country's economy requires careful and in-depth study. The quality of intellectual capital depends on many aspects, the most important of which are the conditions and methods of its formation. Thus, the integrated mechanism of self-organization of an enterprise is a multi-level system of interrelated mechanisms (organizational, economic, informational, motivational) differentiated by elements. The article reveals the content of economic mechanisms for the formation and use of intellectual capital in the system of innovative cooperation between education, science and production; its goals, subjects, objects, principles, methods, tools and resources are considered.
