Abstract
The article presents the results of surgical treatment of 147 patients with Chiari malformation (CM) type 1 using intraoperative monitoring. During the surgical intervention, the tactics and volume of the surgical intervention are determined depending on the dynamic data of the NIOM. The analysis of the nearest and distant regression results of neurological deficit in patients operated with and without NIOM was performed.- Article View: 141
