Abstract
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is often defined as “the therapeutic application of manually guided forces by an Osteopathic Physician to boost physiologic function and/or support homeostasis that has been altered by somatic dysfunction.” The purpose of this paper was to provide an update of the current status of OMT, to shed light on potential areas of dentistry where application of OMT is effective and to supplement the Literature Review with a list of available centers that deliver OMT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
