Background : Laparoscopic [LC] surgeries or minimally invasive surgeries are associated
with lesser parietal pain and haemorrhage, compared to the open surgeries. However visceral
pain persists. The effect of volume and concentration on intra-peritoneal instillation of local
anaesthetics for pain relief has not been studied . In this study we have compared the intraperitoneal
instillation of local anaesthetic with transversus abdominis plane block (TAP).
This study is aimed at assessing the superiority of effect of volume of local anaesthetic
instilled intra-peritoneally versus TAP block on post-operative pain relief in laparoscopic
cholecystectomy.

It follows from the data studied that information on the content of chemical elements in animal hair, depending on the presence of melanin, should be related to the concentration of this pigment, before judging the effect of environmental factors on their content. For a long time it was assumed that, the entry of mineral substances into the hair occurs from the blood capillaries, which are supplied to the hair follicle bulbs and the epithelial layers of the skin. There have been attempts to establish a positive correlation between the content of mineral and organic substances in the blood. When comparing the reaction of blood plasma and rat hair to a change in the composition of food, it was found that plasma quickly responds to changes in the content of magnesium and calcium in the diet, slowly - to the content of phosphorus and does not react at all to changes in the level of sodium and calcium (this is explained by a clear homeostatic regulation of the content of these elements in the blood). At the same time, the hair reacts quickly to changes in sodium content, slowly to calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and very slowly to changes in potassium concentration.

The article analyzes the management of the technological process of underground mixing in a non-homogeneous environment and the development of a computer model of the process of underground mixing in a layered system environment to support decision making. A mathematical model of the management of the underground mixing process in the conditions of a layered system of development has been developed; the dynamics of the reagent concentration and pressure value at different values of the parameters affecting the technological process of underground mixing in the conditions of the layered system of development were studied; a computer model was developed to conduct numerical experiments and visualize the results in two- and three-dimensional graphics; a software package of the underground mixing process was developed to support technological decision-making in the management of the development of mineral deposits in the conditions of a stratified system of development. The developed computational algorithms and computer model can be used in decision-making, analysis and forecasting of parameters of the underground mixing process in order to optimally obtain minerals from real deposits developed in the stratified system of underground mixing.
