An organization must have a good performance to exist and excel in the competition.
The organization that is built certainly has certain goals and to achieve these goals requires the
role of human resources. The study was to analyze the implementation of organizational culture.
The study was qualitative with a descriptive design. The informants were the Head of Services,
Administration, Finance and Programs, Nursing, Installation, Nursing Committee, and Officers
using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by triangulation. The results obtained from
several fields studied that the administration sector still lacked organizational involvement, all
the fields studied were quite consistent in carrying out their duties and functions and were able
to adapt well to the changes in existing regulations, and each field has carried out tasks by the
achievement of the mission targets that are already in the hospital. Analytical hierarchy process
obtained 62% that the involvement of officers related to human resources was a priority to solve
problems in organizational culture. It is hoped that the Dumai City Hospital can improve the
quality of resources, especially involving officers in hospital activities to implement an
organizational culture by providing training to both government employees and nongovernment
employees

Background:Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) becomes common cases over the globe. GDM prevalence is counted as 1-3% out of all pregnancies in the west and 90% of them are complicated by diabetes. GDM is related with the increasing of maternal risk and short-time or long-term perinatal complication.GDM incidents in Indonesia are identified around 1,9-3,6% and around 40-60% women, who ever experienced with GDM, on the further observation after labouring will have diabtes melitus or glucose tolerance disorder. This research is aimed to identify the mother’s experience in GDM self-management.
Methods: This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. This research was conducted on October 2018 – June 2019. The data were collected by employing interview that supported by documentation study over 8 mothers who had GDM interview and 3 midwives in charge at the KIA poly service. The data were analyzed by using thematic analysis.
Results: Qualitative analysis resulted five themes that cover nutrition management, education, glucose monitoring, sports and medication. The results showed that pregnancy mother tried to control the eating pattern as suggested by the health-workers. The mothers should conduct routine glucose controlling, perform physical activity, such as regular walk, perform house works or pregnancy workout. The appropriate medication during the pregnancy involves insulin.
Conclusion: This research reveals mothers’ experiences in GDM self-management in terms of lifestyle. The result of the research could be a valuable guidance in developing comprehensive self-management service, by considering more on mother’s self-management. The necessities of more effective GDM counceling is required to ensure clear understanding about principal self-management for pregnant mothers, hence it could help mother in enhancing adaptation and ability in dealing with GDM. Besides, it could increase the alert towards the risks on pregnancy with diabetes mellitus. Hence screening examination on diabetes melitus.

This study aimed at identifying actual numbers of original empirical studies on physical literacy currently existed, and quantifying its findings. Records identified through Web of Science (WoS) Core Collections, IngentaConnect, PubMed Central and Medline databases, with some additional records from Google Scholar database for studies published outside commercial or academic publishing channels (grey literature) such as postgraduate thesis output etc. Only original research article (primary source) accepted, involving specific test to measure physical literacy related items as per definition given in this review. Participants of the selected studies were of all ages, with both quantitative and qualitative methods of study either acute of longitudinal in nature are accepted. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol was used. Database searched after first initial screening produced 135 records. Records after duplicates removed were 111. Second level screening resulted in 86 articles eliminated and 25 selected for further assessment based on eligibility criteria. Articles assessed for eligibility resulted in 13 articles, which 4 full-text articles were later excluded, with reasons. At the end, only 9 studies included in synthesis of results. More studies are needed in the area of physical literacy. Main priority would be to improve number of studies concerning reliability and validity of instruments, production of more quality studies with low risk of bias, studies concerning profiling of physical literacy among populations, and impact of physical literacy on other part of daily life.

The study aims to identify the aggressive behavior of adolescents who are addressed in terms of psychosocial needs such as family, peers and school and the reinforcement approach. In order to examine adolescent aggression problems, the focus are given on aggression such as bullying, gangsterime and vandalism. This study also examines aspects of reinforcement in addressing aggression among adolescent as a positive reinforcing element. Based on the document analysis records obtained from the schools, a total of five adolescents with behavioral aggression problems were selected as the main sample of the study and five disciplinary teachers as additional sample selected for the study. The findings show that family, peers and school influences play important role in addressing adolescent aggression as well as reinforcing needs such as punishment and punishment in controlling the development of youth behavior and emotions. The findings also found that positive reinforcement such as appreciation and praise also play an important role in controlling and developing adolescent’s behavior. This study is seen to provide guidance to teachers, parents and the community about psychosocial needs in guiding teenagers and can help counselors and authorities to use appropriate reinforcement approaches to prevent early teenage aggression problems.
