COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING CONSTRAINS OF PADDY GROWERS IN THANJAVUR DISTRICT OF TAMIL NADU

Agriculture plays a pivotal role in Indian economy and provides employment opportunities to more than half of the population. It is the way of life and not the business of life for most of the farmers. Agriculture mainly depends upon Nature, Labour Intensive, Small Size Holdings, Traditional Methods of Production and Dominance of food crops in cultivation. In this regard paddy is the most important cereal crop not only in India but around the world. The study was conducted on the communication and marketing constraints faced by the paddy growers in Thanjavur District. The district has fourteen blocks and out of fourteen blocks Orathandu block was particularly selected for the present study. The total number of respondents were selected based on the proportionate random sampling technique and a sample size of three hundred respondents was selected. The results revealed that there are fifteen constraints experienced by the farmers. Non – availability of storage facility (85.00 per cent), High moisture content of paddy (84.00 per cent), High cost of labour (80.33 per cent), Shortage of man power in DPC’S (77.33 per cent), Delay in Procurement (75.00 per cent), Delay in payment (70.33 per cent), Lack of transport facility (66.33 per cent), Inadequate minimum support price (62.00 per cent), Lack of current information related to market price of paddy (60.66 per cent), Unsuitable open storage location point and poor LDBP covers (55.66 per cent), Inadequate quantity and quality of gunny bags to pack and store the paddy (53.66 per cent), Weak link in paddy movement chain from DPC’S to main godown (53.00 per cent), Lack of skill in acquiring, processing and evaluating information on paddy cultivation (43.33 per cent), Minimum contact with extension officers (30.66 per cent) and Lack of motivation of farmers in attending relevant training programmes (30.00 per cent) are constraints expressed by the paddy growers.
Communication and dialogue of generations

Problem and aim. The article is devoted to the problems of intergenerational relationships, which today has turned into a confrontation that has created a torn communicative space, divided into generations. This circumstance is due to the fact that there was too sharp a gap in the continuity of generations, caused by the transition of society from one state to another: from Soviet reality to market relations.
The aim of this work is to monitor the study of various aspects of interactive communication between generations in modern conditions.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was: a sociological survey, generalization, comparative analysis. The empirical base is the results of our own sociological research conducted among students of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Belgorod State Agricultural University named after V. Gorin. To process the answers of the respondents, methods of mathematical statistics were used - cluster and correlation types of analysis.
Results. The authors reveal the essence of different types of generations; a monitoring analysis of intergenerational interactions in modern conditions was carried out; the conditions and factors for optimizing communicative relations between generations are determined.
Conclusion. The study made it possible to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of communication between generations from the perspective of modern student youth and outline practical recommendations for optimizing the overall system of intergenerational relationships.

The art of communication through the gift of language is an exclusive prerogative of humans.
Language bestows people with the power to organizing, planning, shaping, and controlling
other human beings at various levels starting from child-parent interactions to propaganda on
radio and television advertising. Our societal participation requires us to recognize and reflect
the symbols and sounds that indicate our ideas and thoughts, which is crucial. There are
numerous languages in the world. Thus, human beings share their skills for harnessing the
creativity within them to enhance their living by invoking their ability to acquire several
languages. They strive to understand also the languages, which are unknown to them.
Neurological factors in language acquisition and retention play an essential role in learning
different languages. Language acquisition and retention exist in the Arab population as well.
The Arab people have observed an optimistic and rapid variation in the utilization of the
English language in their education and business. This adoption of the English language has
made them literate and empowered them. Problems are still prevailing among Arab learners,
as they struggle to comprehend English and have difficulties in expressing themselves through
English. They are acquiring other languages and retaining their usage in learning, as the
second language becomes strenuous due to lack of motivation. This research paper analyzes
and contextualizes the problems associated with understanding, learning and acquisition of
English as a second language, specifically among Arab learners.

Political system in Indonesia is never change eventhough Indonesia has through reformation era. Indonesia has Pancasila as a perspective or ideology that it can be used by politician to creating program. Politic is not only how to got a position, but it is talked about how to make relationship between country and the publics, or between country and other countries. In the digital era, politician has alternative media to share their vision, idea and program with their constituents especially millennials. The millennials are potensial voters and they are using digital media to reach information including political message. This research are using phenomenology approach because this research are exploring perspective millennials about democracy, how millennials understanding the political situation and the millennials experiences in politicial communication and how millennials are giving a definition about politic and democracy. The millennial informants of this study were not fully satisfied with the implementation of democracy. It was evident in the fact that there were many cases of fraud and cheat in general election process and that people’s aspiration had not been fully facilitated in policy making processes. In spite of the practice of democracy that was not fully implemented, there was a benefit of democracy in political landscape, i.e. the freedom of speech, especially through digital media. Ethics Of Communication And Compliance In Response To The Handling Of The Covid-19 Pandemic

When government rules are issued to maintain mutual safety in preventing the spread of Covid-19, following the ethics of all citizens must comply with it and obey it. But there are still citizens who commit violations of the rules that result in strengthening through criminal routes. One of the ethically inappropriate actions was to forcibly retrieve the bodies of Covid-19 victims, showing non-compliance with the predetermined rules. This paper aims to uncover and explain why there is still non-compliance of the community in responding to the handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic and how the legal perspective overcomes it. This writing method is qualitatively descriptive by explaining the behavior of people who are considered non-compliant in anticipating the spread of Covid-19. The theory used is Tyler'sCompliance Theory on compliance with the law, whIch includes instrumental perspectives and normative perspectives. The research informant is a Jakarta who knows about forced retrieval of bodies from hospitals that died due to Covid-19. The conclusion in this study is that society adheres to its morals and personal interests. This paper's recommendation is to make hospital managers more stringent in standardizing the storage of bodies that have the potential to transmit the virus and for the government and law enforcement to effectively enforce the rules on the forced retrieval of Covid-19 victims' bodies.

From the ancient times logo has been evolved and developed in various ways. Right from the cave paintings people or artist generally used symbols and minimal signs to convey their messages from one to another and now in the present era the designers take the logos and corporate identity design to the extreme new heights with the help of creativity and their thought processes. Now the brand or a company has their own separate name identity and it will allow communicating their customers and consumers with company. From last couple of decades the companies and corporate invest billions of its revenue in their identity designs so that it will create a separate image and goodwill in the market. Sometimes these designs change the purchasing power of the customers and change them into consumers. For example Pepsi co., Coca-Cola, BMW, Mercedes & McDonald’s are some of the famous brands which are more famous by their identities than their products. This will start a long back when the Egyptians are known to have their branded domestic animals with hieroglyphs to mark their ownership. The Romans and Greeks also marked their utensils and other items to identity who is the manufacturer of the particular product. Gradually the whole world adopted some symbols for the ease of recognition and till now it will change in a more systematic way.

Art and Design is a medium of communication. It reflects the artistic talent and thought process of an individual or a group. This medium is chosen by artists, art students, or designers because they enjoy challenges in both educational and human experience articulations in the mode of communication so that art is multi phased and complicated. But the design is a customer-focused workflow that drives the development with regard to the customer's needs. It is the perfect mix of creative ideas and technology within a framework for adequate communications. This study is articulated in the time of the Pandemic (Covid-19) when all the conventional mediums of art are not feasible as a medium of interaction so that art and design are shifted on the different platforms. This research is motivated to find out the correlation between art and design and to examine their roles in the contemporary situation; they are important instruments for manipulating every heart and mind.

At the level of the enterprise as a whole, a general strategy is formed that reflects the general strategic line of development and a combination of its possible directions, taking into account the existing market conditions and the capabilities of the company. Strategy focuses on what the firm does and does not do, which is more important and less important in the current activities of the firm. Whatever strategies a company is pursuing, it must be able to react quickly and realign its strategic focus.

Technology, actually the application of knowledge on practical skills. Technology has owned the entire world with its accessibility and advancement. This technology had changed the education process not in what to learn but also in the way of learning.It had led to development of education, skills, communication and attitudes towards the future environment. Acquiring knowledge is a process not a product and this process is taken over by technological development. This study aims to create awareness on the impact of technology in knowledge enhancement among college students. It comprises a small population size of 110 participants. A self structured questionnaire involving their personal view on technology and its impact and the awareness they have on technology was distributed to the targeted population. The data were collected, analysed and presented as pie charts. Then arriving at conclusion, technology though possess negative impacts made a greater positive impact on knowledge and education.
