European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 6080-6086

Ethics are the rules foe correct behavior. Professional ethics for nurses will state the ideal ways in which a nurse should behave in all relationships including those with the patient, patient’s relatives, co-workers, members of other professions and the public. The discussion of the professional adjustment is complete only when ethics are included. Research involving human subjects in the medical, social and behavioral sciences poses complex ethical issues which requires careful thought and consideration on the part of both researchers and research participants. Ethics in research are very important when we are going to conduct an experiment.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 6433-6438

The study on academic optimism was done with consideration to three dimension; teacher sense of self-efficacy, trust in students and parents, and academic emphasis in relation to different demographical differences such as gender, nature of services and qualification of the teachers of secondary school of Bhutan. The researcher used TAO-S set by Wayne K. Hoy (2010) consisting of 9 items. The sample consists of 308 teachers with equal numbers of male and female teachers working in two district of the country. Researcher used convenient sampling technique to collect the data for this quantitative research. To make the research worthy and relevant the t-test and ANOVA statistical techniques were used. The result shows the insignificant relationship and does support the null hypothesis statements. But in the data generated by the ANOVA and supported post-hoc test, it is found out that their does exist minute differences between B.Ed and PCCE in teacher trust to parents and students which may bring changes to academic optimism. As the overall academic optimism shows strong compliment towards all three demographical dimensions this minute differences is suffice with no differences in all. Thus the growth in academic optimism is at potential and as a result the teachers, students, parents and schools will be equally benefited. Further researcher recommend some of the areas not covered such as salary, types of incentive, age factors and many more that that may contribute a lot for the future study.

Women make significant decisions during desperate situations and even choose to do odd
jobs to care for their families. Particularly Indian women put an end to their true identity to
care for their children. India is known for its various language and cultural practices.
Different languages are spoken across the country, their culture differs from state to state,
and their customs play a vital role concerning religion. They worship different Gods, yet
they remain united, so it is called the country of 'Unity in Diversity. Despite the differences,
all Indian women have specific common featured in them. Chastity is blended in the blood
of every Indian woman. They tend to protect it throughout their lifetime. However,
unfortunately, some women are pushed to the position where they have to sell their chastity
to provide for the family's sake. Even though the husband or the father is regarded as the
primary breadwinner, today, in so many Indian families, women take up the family
responsibility. They even choose to take up odd jobs such as surrogates and sex workers.
This paper deals with the bottled-up emotions of one such woman and the consequences of
the choice she made to take care of her family. The paper also argues the interconnection
between the feminist concepts that are taken up for analysis.
