European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2022, Volume 9, Issue 5, Pages 205-209

Background: Bispectral index is an accepted monitoring to assess the depth of anaesthesia and helps the anaesthesiologist to prevent awareness during surgical procedures under general anaesthesia. The influence of frontal brain tumours on bispectral index (BIS) measurements is unknown. The aim of our study was to determine whether BIS values recorded at loss and return of consciousness (LOC and ROC, respectively) differ between patients with unilateral frontal brain tumours and control patients.
Methods: We enrolled 30 patients with a frontal brain tumour and 30 control patients. Bilateral BIS measurements were done during induction of propofol anaesthesia, during recovery of consciousness, and during a second induction of anaesthesia. The isolated-forearm test was used to determine the moments of LOC1, ROC and LOC2.
Results: The median BIS values recorded at LOC1, ROC and LOC2 did not differ between the groups. There were no significant inter-hemispheric differences in BIS in tumour and control patients.
Conclusions: The presence of a frontal brain tumour did not affect ipsilateral BIS values and so need not influence the placement of unilateral BIS electrodes if BIS monitoring is used to titrate the dose of propofol during anaesthesia.

In previous years various cases of cardiac disease and abnormal heart rate and blood pressure adjustments have been reported. Even such accidents lead to death. Hence, awareness of critical circumstances concerning swimming and children is essential to an organization. This thesis suggests a heart and blood pressure monitoring-based swimmingsave program. There are two units: the swimmer and the rescuer. The machine checks the pulse rate and blood pressure of the swimmer, and then stores the hero''s cell app attributes. Those values are related to standard pulse and pressure levels. When such values are not within the standard range, the program may trigger an alert.

In recent years, there have been significant changes in the field of screening
diagnostics and glaucoma prevention. At the same time, the specificity of glaucoma
control, due to a number of regional reasons, needs corrections. In a prospective clinical
and meteorological study, 1112 cases of glaucoma were analyzed. A direct dependence of
the development of glaucoma on the level of fluctuations of the main meteorological
elements – atmospheric pressure, relative humidity of air, solar fusion and thermal regime
was noted. The scientific foundations have been created for the implementation of effective
methods of meteorological prevention off glaucoma in the sharply continental climate of
Uzbekistan.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 3, Pages 395-400

The hospitalization of the victims suffering from certain diseases depend hugely over keeping an eye on the information repetitively. New wearable devices and technologies for this purpose are discovered to enhance the continuous monitoring of systems. This newly developed approach is recognized as body-body communion. Using the human body, we can convey various information, data and signals. Practicing this newly developed approach eradicates the existing complex structures which are composed of cords and wires. This makes it uncomfortable for the patient for prolonged hours. This increases the difficulty in critical patients especially the patients which tend to require immediate and timely assistance by the doctors and nurses. In this system, sensors are implemented on the body of the patients’ which regularly keeps an eye on the needed parameters. There are five respective sensors which are being used in this system. They are heart rate sensor, ECG sensor, respiratory sensor, humidity sensor and dust level sensors. Therefore we are able to determine the requirements and needs of the patient almost immediately and accurately. Information which is gathered is relocated from an intermediate network to a hospital. This can later be analysed on the respective customized gadgets and equipments or saved in the victim’s electronic database. Doctors are then able to interpret the problem by making use of the collected information, and can come up with a method of prescription and medication required. This is very helpful in reducing the time and complexity in the prescription planning and analysis. This helps to save a lot of time in preparing a treatment plan and to redeem medical reserves.

A significant part of the ecosystem (biome) and natural landscape diversity of the Earth's temperate belt is represented in the Russian Federation. It is preserved due to the relatively low disturbance of the country's territory (up to 65% of the country's area, mainly in the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East, maintain a natural mode of functioning). The share of arable land in biomes reaches 40-50% in the forest-steppe and steppe, and in general, agricultural lands occupy in the biomes of the Russian Federation from 0% (tundra) to 85% (steppes).
The landscape diversity of the Russian Federation itself includes about 20 types of landscapes (arctic, subarctic, boreal (taiga), subboreal humid, semiarid and arid, subtropical, mountainous - alpine, glacial, etc. Swamp, floodplain, aquatic, shallow marine, etc.) and more than 350 types of landscapes. Among them, taiga (boreal) landscapes are leading in terms of area - 52%. Cold arctic and subarctic (plain and mountainous) occupy 21%. Mountain landscapes occupy 30–33%. The most developed, optimal for the development of agriculture, the territory of the forest-steppe and broad-leaved forests occupy 8%. The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) links the concept of "biodiversity" and "sustainable development".
It follows from the preamble of the Convention that biodiversity must be conserved not only for its own sake, but also for the use and enhancement of human well-being.
This has given rise to the concept of ecosystem goods and services that biodiversity provides and that can be critical to the needs for foodstuffs, health and healthy environmental needs.
In the National Strategy for the Conservation of Biodiversity of the Russian Federation, the main groups of life-supporting functions of biological diversity have been identified: production functions, environment-forming functions, informational and spiritual-aesthetic functions.

Accurate localization of the seizure onset zone is important for better seizure outcomes and preventing
deficits following epilepsy surgery. Recent advances in neuroimaging techniques have increased our
understanding of the underlying etiology and improved our ability to noninvasively identify the seizure
onset zone. Using epilepsy-specific magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) protocols, structural MRI allows
better detection of the seizure onset zone, particularly when it is interpreted by experienced
neuroradiologists. Ultra-high-field imaging and postprocessing analysis with automated machine learning
algorithms can detect subtle structural abnormalities in MRI-negative patients. Tractography derived from
diffusion tensor imaging can delineate white matter connections associated with epilepsy or eloquent
function, thus, preventing deficits after epilepsy surgery. Arterial spin-labeling perfusion MRI,
simultaneous electroencephalography (EEG)-functional MRI (fMRI), and magnetoencephalography
(MEG) are noninvasive imaging modalities that can be used to localize the epileptogenic foci and assist in
planning epilepsy surgery with positron emission tomography, ictal single-photon emission computed
tomography, and intracranial EEG monitoring. These advanced structural and functional imaging
modalities can be combined with postprocessing methods to better understand the epileptic network and
obtain valuable clinical information for predicting long-term outcomes in pediatric epilepsy.
