Abstract

BACKGROUND: Exercise has been implicated in modulating dopamine in a major amount as neurotransmission, increasing blood flow, etc. The role of exercise in tumor risk reduction, there is now convincing and vital evidence that exercise reduces melanoma and also other tumors. This has to be practiced in each and every place where tumor has grown. The goal of the study is to study the impact of exercise induced dopamine replica in modulating the apoptotic signaling pathway in human melanoma.
