Abstract

ABSTRACT The article presents the results of our own research on the detection of the cumulative effect of the studied food additives of different classes in the comparative aspect. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the flavor identical to natural and artificial flavor with prolonged ingestion can cause pathological processes in the liver, as well as lead to over excitation of the nervous system, followed by a sharp inhibition.
