Introduction: Ocular manifestations are one of the causes of morbidity among patients having End Stage Renal disease (ESRD). 1 This study is to determine the incidence of ocular abnormalities in Renal Transplant patients prior to transplant and 3rd & 6th months after renal transplant to correlate them with underlying cause of renal insufficiency, and duration and type of immunosuppressive agents. It is common in both developed countries (32 million per population) and under developed (150 per million population).
