Background: The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing the outcome of pregnancy complicated by fibroid uterus. Materials & methods: 50 subjects with presence of fibroid uterus were enrolled. Complete demographic details of all the patients were obtained. Assessment of the increase in the size of the fibroid and degeneration and other obstetric complications was done. All the results were recorded in Microsoft excel sheet and were analysed by SPSS software.
