Background: Treatment options for clavicle midshaft fractures include intramedullary Kwires, Steinmann pins, and plate fixation. In severe displaced or comminuted fractures, plate fixation can help achieve good anatomical reduction. Present study was undertaken to assess the functional outcome following the repair of displaced clavicular fractures with locking compression plates.
