Abstract

Women moved to urban areas, where they had access to education and were economically independent. The position as a woman who earns an income is no longer looked down upon. The importance of women business owners as contributors to India's economic growth is becoming more widely recognized throughout the country. In contrast to the more developed nations of the globe, however, the percentage of female entrepreneurs is very low in India. When compared to other countries, India is among the least developed in the world. There are barely 4.5 percent of the country's female population that engage in selfemployment, according to records. Women entrepreneurship development is a vital aspect of human resource development
