All patients had discharge as main symptoms followed by pain around 80% cases, other symptoms include bleeding swelling and itching. Post operatively Fistulotomy has highest number of complication in the form of fever, infection whereas Seton required multiple setting. Most number of cases has pain as complication in our series. LIFT and glue were having least number of post op complication rate and symptoms. Most of these patient were discharged within 3 days and around 68% patients did not stay more than 10 days. Conclusion: We want to conclude that LIFT procedure and Fistulotomy were acceptable procedures for simple, uncomplicated low lying and high lying fistula and for complex and recurrent fistula needs LIFT with Seton or Seton multiple setting, glue is alternative in recurrent fistula with failed surgery
